Technology, Recordings, and Tracking
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technologies. The Company uses business-plan AI accounts for member-related work and may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies for functions that may include, without limitation, processing materials, conducting research, creating and delivering content or services, and supporting recommendations. Such technologies may assist personnel or perform these functions on an automated basis. The tools and functions used may vary by service and over time. Access to those Company accounts is limited to authorized personnel and service providers. Providers nevertheless process information to operate their services under applicable business terms, account settings, and privacy practices; use of a business account does not mean information remains exclusively on Company devices or is never processed by a provider.
When you use the Signature Talk Architect through ChatGPT, information you submit is subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms and privacy policy and any applicable privacy settings.
Meeting Recordings. Meetings may be recorded for internal service delivery, reference, quality assurance, or training where recording is disclosed and legally required consent is obtained. Recordings will not be made public without the prior written agreement of all participants.
Cookies and Similar Technologies. The website may use necessary cookies and optional analytics, advertising, and retargeting technologies. Embedded features may include forms, calendars, and other tools that may collect information when loaded, depending on the feature and applicable settings. Optional site tracking may be managed through Privacy Choices in the footer. The Company honors browser-based opt-out signals where legally required.
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising. The Company does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain advertising disclosures may nevertheless constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. You may submit an opt-out through Privacy Choices or by contacting the Company.

Where applicable law provides an appeal or complaint right, you may contact the Company to appeal a response or submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority.
You may also request correction of professional materials or cessation of future recommendations. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal.
